Booking Guide
A very warm welcome awaits you at the Kairos Centre.
If you want to make a booking, it is strongly recommended that you contact the Centre first to check availability for your date(s). Once these have been confirmed, please fill out our booking forms.
All bookings are secured with the completion and return of a booking form and payment of a non-refundable deposit within a 7-day period. Please know you agree to comply with our Health and Safety regulations and Terms and Conditions when booking.
Regrettably, we cannot take provisional bookings.

Kairos Centre Rates
Payment can be made by BACS, Cheque or Credit/Debit Card in person or by telephone by calling 020 87884188. All payment details can be found at the end of the booking forms.
The Kairos Centre is committed to protecting consumer credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our alignment with this standard is reflected in the people, technologies and processes we employ. We attest to our PCI compliance annually, and our self-attestation will be completed shortly.
