Allergens
The Kairos Centre kitchen operates within the 14 allergens laid out by the Food Standards Agency and complies with all food legislation including Natasha’s Law.
Self-catering
We would advise that guests self-cater in the following circumstances:
1) Where guests have two or more allergens from the 14 Allergen list as the kitchen is not a nut-free, fish-free or shellfish-free environment.
2) Where guests have any allergens outside of the original 14 Allergens list.
3) Where guests have advanced dietary needs due to a health condition or are required to carry an EpiPen and such, like in the case of serious allergic reactions.
For all enquiries, please contact us.
Personal preferences
Regrettably, we cannot cater specifically for personal preferences or specific diets such as Carnivore or Keto. As these are down to personal choice, it is possible that our menus may not be able to reflect these needs.
Group catering
To facilitate groups effectively, we would kindly request that group leaders and organisers provide accurate numbers of delegates and any allergen and dietary information one month before their function.
On-site and Off-site catering
Only food that is prepared from the Kairos Centre kitchen can be consumed on the premises unless otherwise pre-arranged with the Management. Regrettably, we are unable to package food to be taken off-site. This includes leftovers or pre-packed lunches.
