Often these life-changing questions were camouflaged in highly original stories that we call “parables”. There are over 40 of them in the Gospels. In this Retreat we are going to prayerfully explore the most important of Jesus’ stories and allow ourselves to be disturbed by the surprising freshness of his startling use of language and imagery, revealing insights into God that we could never have dreamt of.
